In order for us to accurately determine when your next delivery will be, it is required that we fill your tank every delivery. This process is similar to calculating your automobile’s miles per gallon, except we track the “Heating Degree Days” and the efficiency of your furnace or boiler and your home's heat loss in order to estimate your usage.
Changes in your household and home structure can change your heating needs (i.e. moving, illness, birth of child, extended company, out of the area for extended period of time etc.) Please notify us promptly of these changes to allow us to adjust your estimated usage in our system.
In the unfortunate event you may run out of oil while on our Watchdog Delivery service, MCO offers 24-hour emergency delivery service and if necessary we will reimburse you for the cost of having your unit started. Please note, your account must remain in good standing to qualify for this guarantee
