Payment Terms:
For customers with established credit accounts, delivery price is due 30 calendar days from delivery date. Any unpaid balance is subject to a 2% monthly carrying charge. For C.O.D. customers, delivery price is due before or at time of delivery.
Cash Discount:
Effective 11/1/2007, we will be offering a cash payment discount of 5¢ per gallon on #2 LS Heating Oil, #1 Dyed & Clear Kerosene and #2 NRLM Diesel Fuel (less than 400 gallons) deliveries only (#2 ULS Diesel Fuel is not subject to the cash discount). We define a cash payment as a payment made by cash, check or money order. Cash payment must be received in our office by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th day from date of delivery. Cash payments received after this time will not reflect the 5¢ per gallon discount.
Credit Card Acceptance Policy:
We accept American Express®, Discover®, VISA®, and MasterCard® credit cards. Credit card payments are not subject to the cash discount and payment by credit card must be made either at time of delivery for C.O.D. customers or within 5 calendar days from delivery date for customers with established credit accounts. Only cash, check or money order payment will be accepted after this time.
Summer Fill Deliveries:
Due to drastic price fluctuations, we can no longer guarantee a Summer Fill price. Summer Fill deliveries to customers with established credit accounts are due 30 calendar days from delivery date, if cash discount option is not taken. Any unpaid balance is subject to a 2% monthly carrying charge.
